company offers customers tours around the world. Working
with BCAA to arrange flight bookings, cruise bookings and
some of the insurance requirements is a valuable and
convenient business relationship.
An
idea evolved about eight years ago to offer day trips and
tours to seniors and "We pick them up en-route!". Bob
and Charmaine have since built Saddle Rose Tours Ltd. from
the ground up. They are adventurous, yet cautious and
dedicated to their customers.
Bob has a background in sales and is the main transportation
operator. Bob is also a talented musician and the customers
love his entertainment on the accordion.
Charmaine
is a natural organizer and gracious host. Her ability to
make all customers feel welcome and comfortable has many
seniors returning for more. Charmaine is also a talented and innovative cook,
preparing food for wine & cheese gatherings, scrumptious
lunches and crab dinners for the Ucluelet tours.
Founders
Bob and Charmaine have maintained a 'hands on' policy from
the beginning. Picking up customers en-route, extending
the family feeling and recognizing individuals and their
needs has made all the difference to the continuing success
of Saddle Rose.
Bob
and Charmaine are looking to retire and enjoy their children
and grandchildren. The Operation has reached a plateau where
